  • Personally planned, designed and implemented a Lotus Notes 2.1 Network on OS/2 2.1(later managed the upgrade to R3.x with a mixture of Windows NT 3.51/Netware 4.0 server platform) with two major, and various minor, secured workflow applications built to meet an international bank’s security and reliability standards.
  • From the inside out, re-engineered and automated the existing Help Desk system workflow to allow for increased responsibilities, while reducing manpower requirements by 40%.
